Emily Sledge

I believe that healing happens in safe connection- when you feel truly seen and valued. Maybe it is debilitating depression, anxiety, or panic attacks weighing you down. Maybe your inner critic, intrusive thoughts, or shame have become so loud that you have forgotten your inherent goodness and wholeness. Maybe you feel spiritually lost, in the middle of a painful and confusing deconstruction of your faith. Maybe you have had to learn to dissociate, push your body too hard, or even harm yourself to cope with your pain. Whatever it is, I would be honored to work together to create daily practices that help you actively and holistically heal your mind, body, and spirit so that you can live a wholehearted, embodied, fulfilling life in alignment with your highest values. I am a trauma-informed therapist who utilizes both eastern and western practices to assist in your healing process including ACT, DBT, and CBT, as well as yoga, breathwork, and meditation. I earned my Masters of Social Work from Colorado State University and am working towards becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker under the supervision of Ashley Ray, LCSW-S. I am also a certified yoga instructor.
